Administrative Support AP Enrollment Mgmt
The Administrative Support -temp is responsible for handling front desk responsibilities which includes greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries from parents and students, and monitoring the activity in the lobby. Along with providing administrative support by coordinating activities, supporting programs and facilitating department objectives.
Data Control Specialist AP Enrollment Mgmt
The Data Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining department databases by organizing, inputting and extracting data to support primary office functions.
Coordinator, Clinical Skills Medical School
The Coordinator, Clinical Skills will assist with operations management of the Clinical Skills department. Additionally they will provide administrative support to Director of Clinical Skills as well as to the team of 20-25 faculty and staff within the Clinical Skills (CS) unit. The Coordinator will also support the Director of Clinical Skills in planning logistics for CS Cohort Faculty orientation, all meetings sponsored by the department, as well as be the on-site coordinator during faculty-related training events.

Administrative Assistant College of Education
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support by coordinating activities, supporting programs and facilitating department objectives for the TCU Counseling Clinic at The Family Resource Center office. Assists in preparing reports, purchase orders, and letters; enters digital information and provides administrative assistance for the clinic director. Acts as a behavioral health receptionist to schedule appointments, answer, screen, and refer telephone calls and emails. This position is grant-funded and is subject to the terms and limitations of the grant.
