Executive Assistant for Vice Chancellor of Marketing & Communications VC Marketing and Communication
The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing and supporting general operations for the Vice Chancellor of Marketing & Communication including planning and coordinating meetings and events on behalf of the Vice Chancellor as well as the division. The Executive Assistant assists with various administrative duties, many confidential in nature. This position is also responsible for assisting with special projects, drafting correspondence, managing the calendar, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate can manage a large, diverse workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Founding Program Director of Occupational Therapy Priority Application Deadline –10/31/22 The Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences at Texas Christian University is excited to announce our search for an experienced leader to direct our on-campus entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) program. The ideal applicant will hold the rank of Associate or Full Professor and title of Founding Program Director. The director will be responsible for development, implementation, and leadership of the program including recruitment of faculty, staff and students. We are seeking an individual with programmatic leadership experience with a breadth and depth of knowledge associated with standards for the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). The program is in applicant status with ACOTE, with candidacy application due in December of 2024 and planned first cohort enrollment in the fall of 2025. This position will be a 12-month appointment classified as either tenure-stream or professional practice depending on candidate experience and qualifications.

Admission Data Analyst AP Enrollment Mgmt
The Admission Data Analyst reports to the Director of Admission Systems & Analytics. This position maintains the data integrity of the Admissions systems and provides functional user and high-level technical expertise. This position is responsible for the primary data flow of the Admissions databases including, but not limited to, SLATE, PeopleSoft, ImageNow, and the TCU data warehouse. This position is also responsible for processing, analyzing, and preparing data for output, and conducting a full lifecycle analysis of the admissions data process to aid in data-driven decision-making and planning. This position will develop data analysis and reporting capabilities for the Office of Admission while developing quality control plans to identify improvements.

The person oversees and manages the strategy and production of all graphic assets for athletic digital use on all platforms and within key athletic venues. The Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Texas Christian University seeks candidates for a 12-month tenure track position in nursing. Minimum requirements include a PhD in nursing or related field. Educational preparation and clinical expertise in adult medical-surgical nursing, critical care, and/or psych-mental health preferred. Applicants with recently completed or soon-to-be-completed doctorates are welcomed. Preference given to candidates with experience in baccalaureate and higher nursing education and with established research programs and a record of scholarly work. Candidates must hold or obtain a current, valid, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas. Rank and salary are commensurate with education and experience.

Manager of Faculty Affairs VC/Provost Academic Affairs
The Faculty Affairs Manager will support the Associate Provost in all matters related to Faculty Affairs. Specific Manager responsibilities include the administration of systems and processes for tenure and promotion, faculty annual review, faculty workload agreements, and Faculty180. The Manager is also responsible for training faculty and administrators on the use of Faculty180, assisting the associate provost with data and reports, and liaising with offices across campus.
Assistant Director, Faculty Development Medical School
The Assistant Director, Faculty Development will administer programs, events, activities, digital and other resources, communications, and budget for Faculty Development for the Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at Texas Christian University. The Assistant Director also supports relevant Burnett School of Medicine committees and collaborative processes to ensure efficacious faculty development programming for SOM faculty across their academic careers. The Assistant Director represents the program on collaborative projects with a range of faculty and staff in other units engaged in faculty development activities (including the SOM curriculum teams, Office of Assessment, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and academic deans and chairs). The Assistant Director will be a key member of the Faculty Development Team, with knowledge of and commitment to School of Medicine faculty and faculty development work, rooted in TCU's Teaching Scholar Model, faculty professional development activity, and the current contexts of higher education.
