Postdoctoral Fellow College of Science & Engineeri
The Postdoctoral Fellow is responsible for contributing scholarly work to the respective discipline and TCU through teaching, research, creative activity, and service. The fellow will work with the lab led by Kayla Green on innovative multi-disciplinary research focusing on two areas of emphasis. Synthesis and exploration of modified 12-membered tetra-azamacrocyclic pyridinophanes for (1) incorporation into new polymer materials and (2) therapeutics for diseases derived from oxidative stress, including Alzheimer’s disease. This position is grant funded and is subject to the terms of the grant.
Arts Leadership and Entrepreneurship Faculty Adjunct Pool College of Fine Arts
The Arts Leadership and Entrepreneurship program in the College of Fine Arts occasionally has openings for part-time temporary adjunct instructors. Procurement Analyst AVC Facilities
This position purchases goods and services to meet the University’s needs and specifications. This may include, but is not limited to, creating and issuing Invitations to Bid (ITB), Requests for Proposals (RFP's), Request for Quotes (RFQ), Purchase Orders, and other agreements. Responsibility includes the negotiation, and finalization of vendor agreements for signature, as well as monitoring contracts for compliance with departmental and university requirements. The Procurement Analyst completes cost-savings reports, spend analyses, and identifies and works with key stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction and vendor performance. Additionally, this position will assist the Director of Procurement with establishing, implementing, and continuously improving a centralized procurement function.

The Department of Geography seeks a DEI Scholar Fellow with specialization in the spatial dimensions of health disparities or environmental justice, preferably with experience using geospatial technologies such as geographic information systems. Rapid environmental changes resulting from climate change, new technologies, urban expansion, and other factors produce numerous challenges for human societies and ecosystems. Many of these challenges are borne disproportionately by marginalized communities, who tend to experience greater levels of environmental contamination, lower access to resources, and fewer opportunities to participate in environmental management decision making. Marginalized communities also face disproportionate health outcomes and lower access to quality care, a pattern brought into clear focus during the Covid-19 pandemic.
