The Director of Financial Operations for Facilities is responsible for the financial operations of the TCU Facilities Department, including the development of the operating budgets and all associated financial reporting and analysis, business analysis, and accounting operations. Assistant Director, Academic Development Medical School
The Assistant Director for Academic Development, in conjunction with the curricular leaders of the school of medicine, is responsible for facilitating the creation, modification, and maintenance of academic courses for the Medical School. The Assistant Director supervises and provides ongoing training of curriculum coordinators to ensure effective curricular support for courses and course faculty. The Assistant Director also supports relevant school of medicine committees and collaborative processes to ensure timely review, approval, and reporting for courses and quality improvement of the curriculum.
Assistant Director, Student Sucesss Navigation Medical School
The Assistant Director for the Student Success Navigation Program at the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine will develop and lead efforts to support medical student academic success. Applying best practices in learning, the Assistant Director will deliver innovative preparation and intervention strategies to enhance student learning. The Assistant Director for Student Success Navigation will both serve as a Student Success Navigator (learning specialist) and provide leadership to a team of Student Success Navigators. The Student Success Navigators will provide assistance for services and activities related to enhancing student learning and academic performance within the Office of Student Affairs, including developing and providing academic advising related to metacognition, learning skills, time management, and test preparation on an individual, group or walk-in basis. The Assistant Director for Student Success Navigation will coordinate academic success programs that support the School of Medicine’s retention goals by providing proactive, early, sustained and individualized support to enhance student success.
Assistant Coach Women's Volleyball Athletics
The Assistant Coach Women’s Volleyball is responsible for teaching athletic skills, strategies and techniques in the sport of Volleyball and mentors the student athletes by utilizing coaching methodologies in a competitive sport environment and fostering academic achievement of the student.

Clerkship Director (Surgery) Medical School
The Clerkship Director, Surgery, is responsible for overseeing the clinical education of medical students in their respective clerkship as part of the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship. The Clerkship Director is responsible for building and fostering a positive and inclusive academic and team-based learning environment for the TCU and UNTHSC medical students. The Clerkship Director assures the availability and comparability of educational experiences and equivalency of student assessment and feedback across all Clerkship Sites, and collaborates with SOM leadership to ensure vertical integration of the curriculum across the continuum of the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship.
Learning Specialist Athletics
The Learning Specialist is responsible for Supporting department programs by identifying student-athletes' skill set for college-level work; designing and implementing programs to assist student-athletes in obtaining desired academic outcome.
Physician Development Coach Coordinator Medical School
The Physician Development Coaching (PDC) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating coaching activities and events for the Physician Development Coaches across Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the curriculum. In collaboration with the Director for Student Affairs, the PDC Coordinator is responsible for the administration, management and execution of all scheduling and event planning elements involving the Physician Development Coaches. In addition, the coordinator will ensure successful implementation, maintenance, continuous improvement and evaluation of the Physician Development Coaching initiative. The coordinator will exemplify the vision and values of the TCU and UNTHSC School of Medicine and act in accordance with its policies and procedures.

The Assistant Manager of Facility Services - Nights is responsible for managing and supporting night supervisors for Facilities Services operations by representing Facilities and the University in matters involving night housekeeping and maintenance programs.

Director Digital Philanthropy VC University Advancement
The Director Digital Philanthropy is responsible for creating and distributing internal and external messaging primarily through digital platforms to actively engage alumni, parents, and friends of TCU and to convert these constituents to donors. The Director will help plan, lead and coordinate all digital fundraising efforts within the Office of Loyalty Giving. The Director is responsible for donor acquisition, renewal, retention, segmentation growth and digital engagement through a variety of digital tools.
