The Assistant Director, Graduate Student Engagement will be an integral part of multiple teams focused on delivering high-quality co-and extra-curricular experiences for incoming and current students within an assigned set of MBA and MS Graduate Programs. This position builds and enhances relationships with prospective and current students, and collaborates with admissions and recruitment, academic services, career services and alumni relations in support of a seamless onboarding experience and high student satisfaction.
Assistant Director Graduate Career Management M.J. Neeley School of Business
The Assistant Director Graduate Career Management is responsible for assisting students with assessing and clarifying career goals. This position provides career advising to graduate business students and alumni by researching, identifying and communicating employment opportunities. The Assistant Director Graduate Career Management communicates job search and career management strategies and reviews and critique job search correspondence, including resumes and cover letters. This position will also provide coaching and preparatory services for student interviews and maintains records of advising activities and results.

Director, Graduate Recruiting & Admissions M.J. Neeley School of Business
The Director, Graduate Recruiting & Admissions is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to establish and meet enrollment objectives for current and future Neeley graduate programs. The Director will be directly involved in recruiting students in addition to providing leadership for a team of admissions professionals who are also responsible for meeting enrollment objectives.
Public Health Research Associate College of Science & Engineeri
The Public Health Research associate Assists with grant-funded study intervention development and training, as well as with the management and coordination of research activities of projects focused on the opioid crisis among justice-involved individuals and improving public health and safety outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, developing and training on interventions, implementing interventions, recruiting study participants, collecting data, performing basic data analysis, and participating in reporting and manuscript preparation.

Assistant Director, Academic Development Medical School
The Assistant Director for Academic Development, in conjunction with the curricular leaders of the school of medicine, is responsible for facilitating the creation, modification, and maintenance of academic courses for the Medical School. The Assistant Director supervises and provides ongoing training of curriculum coordinators to ensure effective curricular support for courses and course faculty. The Assistant Director also supports relevant school of medicine committees and collaborative processes to ensure timely review, approval, and reporting for courses and quality improvement of the curriculum.
Manager Editorial Services VC Marketing and Communication
The Manager of Editorial Services is responsible for developing, writing, editing, and assigning professional editorial content, which includes but not limited to news items, blog posts, podcasts, live panels, videos, long-form features, profiles and research stories for the university’s magazines (both print and digital editions) and for other publications as assigned. The manager will be in charge of developing editorial strategy for the alumni and alma matters sections of TCU Magazine as well as the web-only short-form content and be the assistant editor of the university’s annual research publication. This position manages the department’s audience outreach strategy by overseeing and executing social media strategies, growing and engaging with audiences. The manager also handles lead editing for various forms of multimedia extras. This position manages Editorial Services’ student internship program and performs copy-editing and proofreading duties for all types of university communication. The manager supports the Director of Editorial Services with implementing strategic editorial plans, policies and procedures, and integrates efforts with the broader university communication team.

The KPICD Projects Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of externally-funded project activities (e.g., grants, contracts) as directed by the department head; communicates with internal and external stakeholders; orchestrates and engages in project activities (e.g., resource development, trainings, dissemination of knowledge). This individual assumes responsibility for daily project activities assigned by a Project Director or Coordinator, including but not limited to, interacting closely with field staff, interacting with organizations implementing TBRI, implementing intervention components, recruiting participants, collecting data, performing basic data analysis, and participating in report and manuscript preparation. This position will office on campus.

Data Manager College of Science & Engineeri
The Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development (KPICD) strives to help children suffering from the effects of early trauma, abuse and/or neglect. Through research, the Purvis Institute helps to deepen an understanding about the complex needs of these children and how to help them overcome social, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Through various outreach initiatives, the KPICD trains professionals in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI), a research-based, holistic model developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross. The Data Manager is responsible for data management for projects aimed at improving the evidence base and implementation of TBRI within collaborating service-provider agencies. This position will office on campus.
