The Senior Public Health Research Associate is responsible for the management and coordination of research activities of projects focused on substance use among justice-involved individuals and improving public health and safety outcomes. Responsibilities for daily project activities assigned by the Project Director include supervising Public Health Research Associates (PHRAs) and Research Assistants (RAs), developing and training on project interventions, recruiting study participants, collecting data, performing basic data analysis, and participating in report and manuscript preparation. This position is grant funded.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Department Chairs and the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development at the School of Medicine. This position has delegated authority to perform professional level programmatic or administrative functions for all School of Medicine Department Chairs and the Senior Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Development. Examples of responsibilities includes department administrative services such as developing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes, revising the Chair's schedule and calendar, planning organizational events and meetings.
Coordinator Faculty Development Medical School
The Faculty Development Coordinator reports to the Senior Faculty Development Coordinator and is responsible for the coordination, data collection, and tracking of all faculty development programs in the school of medicine. This position is also responsible for faculty development programs that assist educators develop and hone their skills in teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, assessment, leadership, scholarship, collaboration, and career advancement.

Assistant Director, Clinical Skills Operations Medical School
The Assistant Director of Clinical Skills Operations manages and coordinates all logistics for the systems and learning activities in clinical skills, including training, managing, coordinating, and monitoring resources and activities involving simulated patients (SPs). The Assistant Director works with the Simulated Patient Educator to assure quality improvement in standardized patient activities and assessment, including reliable assessment, coaching, and remediation of SPs. The Assistant Director of Clinical Skills Operations also assists the Director of Clinical Skills in developing new curricular activities, including those that utilize human simulation including SPs.
Coordinator, Clinical Skills Medical School
The Coordinator, Clinical Skills will assist with operations management of the Clinical Skills department. Additionally they will provide administrative support to Director of Clinical Skills as well as to the team of 20-25 faculty and staff within the Clinical Skills (CS) unit. The Coordinator will also support the Director of Clinical Skills in planning logistics for CS Cohort Faculty orientation, all meetings sponsored by the department, as well as be the on-site coordinator during faculty-related training events.

Primary areas of focus include developing content, executing marketing strategy, and managing partner relationships. A content marketing-savvy strategist, the Marketing Specialist plays a key role in identifying, crafting, and promoting reputation-defining and audience-appropriate content for assigned projects.

Library Systems Analyst Library
The Library Systems Analyst supports library staff and patrons in the use of integrated library system (ILS) software and digital repository applications by implementing third party commercial and open source software and integrating it with other library systems; creating and maintaining database-driven web applications; and devising and documenting procedures for using software to store and preserve library administrative data and institutional digital content.

Assistant Professor of Cello College of Fine Arts
The TCU School of Music seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Cello to start in the Fall of 2022. The successful candidate will teach cello at all levels of instruction (undergrad, graduate, and artist diploma), maintain a high-quality cello studio, develop a national and international reputation as a performer, and perform other duties as assigned by the Director of the School of Music. An earned doctorate at the time of appointment is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered. Master’s degree is required. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is strongly desired.
