The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the Athletics Academic Services Office. This position is limited to 29 hours per week.
1. Produces information by developing, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, filing and transmitting text and data.
2. Maintains guest experience by facilitating a positive environment.
3. Manages relations by greeting constituents and colleagues, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; providing information and assistance regarding department functions.
4. Ensures operation of facility by scheduling repairs and maintenance.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned.
