This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person.

Successful candidates will demonstrate significant research and teaching accomplishments in strategic management or closely related fields. Primary responsibilities include conducting high quality research and teaching undergraduate and/or MBA courses. Collegiality and a demonstrated ability to work with others are highly valued. The teaching load and salary are competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

Faculty regularly publish in top journals, with publications in recent years in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. The nationally ranked TCU Neeley School of Business has approximately 3,000 students enrolled across undergraduate and graduate programs, with approximately one third of TCU students in its programs as majors, minors or advanced degree seekers.
