The TCU Global Data and Operational Support Temp is responsible for providing administrative support for study abroad programs, assisting with data management processes, and facilitating department objectives.
1. Prepares and processes student applications, enrollment, and billing for international programs; verifying and tracking transaction information; scheduling and preparing transactions; obtaining authorizations.
2. Supports the contracting process by entering and tracking contracting approvals.
3. Supports the student visa application process by collecting and organizing information provided by students.
4. Organizes workflow by reading, routing and answering correspondence; collecting, maintaining and prioritizing information; managing department procedures and telecommunications.
5. Assists with the data management systems including data input, reports, and facilitating processes that utilizes the system including the travel registry, insurance verification, and health and safety verifications.
6. Manages public relations by greeting customers, constituents and colleagues, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, providing information and assistance regarding department functions.
7. Assists with the registration and administration of domestic programs and employee travel registry.
8. Monitors expenses; facilitates invoice payment and reconciles expenditures.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Associate’s degree and 3 years of administrative experience.
OR
• High school diploma or GED equivalent and 5 years of administrative experience.
