Job Summary:

The Director of Neeley Assessment & Accreditation is responsible for serving the Neeley School of Business by coordinating Neeley school and program rankings, operational analytics, assessment, and accreditation activities (AACSB, SACSCOC). Specific duties will include coordinating both internal and external constituents and data for the undergraduate and graduate rankings, and providing accurate data analytics and reporting to support decision-making within the Neeley School.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

1. Develops Assessment of Neeley Programs by coordinating accurate data collection and reporting for AACSB and SACSCOC Assurance of Learning assessment for undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs; working closely with Neeley curriculum committees, department chairs and deans in providing coordination and reporting for assessment processes; working with TCU community to support university-wide assessment processes.
2. Maintains Accreditation of Neeley Programs by coordinating accurate data collection and reporting for maintenance of AACSB accreditation for undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs; working with TCU community to support SACs accreditation.
3. Works with Neeley deans and program directors to identify national rankings targets for undergraduate and graduate business and accounting programs; coordinating timely and accurate data collection and reporting for selected rankings.
4. Provides Institutional Data by taking overall responsibility for delivering timely and relevant data to inform decision-making within the Neeley School; maintaining current database of faculty vitae and accomplishments; coordinating with other campus offices for necessary information and ensuring the accessibility and availability of data on Neeley enrollment and student characteristics for TCU trustees, administrators, faculty, and staff.
5. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in higher education administration, social science or related discipline.
• 3 plus years’ experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and reporting with higher education assessment, educational program reviews accreditation or related experience.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Advanced degree in higher education administration or related field.
• Experience with AACSB accreditation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of project management techniques.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Knowledge of department specific software.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques.
• Skill in collecting, analyzing and reporting qualitative and quantitative data.
• Skill in some or all components of Microsoft Office.
• Skill in the navigation of Microsoft Windows.
• Skill in strong interpersonal/human relations techniques.
• Ability to clearly communicate verbally.
• Ability to draft grammatically correct correspondence.
• Ability to evaluate data and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations):

• Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.
• Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.
• Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting.
• Lifting and moving objects and equipment up to 10 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Work is indoors and sedentary and is subject to schedule changes and/or variable work hours.
• This role is an on-campus, in-person position.
• There are no harmful environmental conditions present for this job.
• The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
