Position Details:

This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person. Texas Christian University invites applications for the non-tenure track position of Instructor of Analytics/Statistics in the Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management (INSC) in the Neeley School of Business beginning August 2027. We are looking for a colleague with a rich background in the following areas: Analytics, Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning, Information Systems, Statistics. Preference will be given to applicants who provide evidence of excellence in teaching and student mentoring. Candidates for the position should possess a Ph.D. in Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. The teaching load is 4-4 (eight 3-credit hour sections per year). There are opportunities for additional summer teaching as desired. Administrative responsibilities may include: engaging with practice; promoting the INSC majors to industry and students; recruiting; helping to maintain a contemporary curriculum; interacting with alumni; facilitating placement.

Department Details:

The Information Systems & Supply Chain Management (INSC) Department at Neeley includes a vibrant mix of scholars who also embrace teaching and student interaction. We offer undergraduate majors in Business Information Systems and in Supply & Value Chain Management. The Neeley School also offers as well as graduate programs in Analytics and Supply Chain Management. In addition, we offer an undergraduate certificate in FinTech and deliver several courses in Business Analytics for other programs in the Neeley School. The INSC Department promotes research collaborations with the many Fortune 500 companies in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area.
