The Associate Director for New Student & Family Programs (NSFP) is responsible for collaborating with campus partners to coordinate and implement Orientation for incoming undergraduate students and their families. They supervise a coordinator, providing insight and guidance to multiple first-year initiatives. The Associate Director partners extensively across campus and serves as primary point of contact in absence of the Director of New Student & Family Programs.

The Associate Director, reporting to the Director of TCU Global, provides leadership and vision in the establishment of procedures to effectively develop and deliver faculty-led and summer semester programs. The Associate Director will support strategic planning and innovative new programs in partnership with faculty, schools, and colleges of TCU, and serve as the primary point of contact for faculty in the TCU Global Office. The Associate Director will oversee the management of all aspects of faculty-led and summer semester programming and operations, and conduct program assessment and evaluation supported by a Program Coordinator.

The Director of Undergraduate Admission is responsible for supporting the undergraduate admission processes by assisting in planning and executing policy and programming, recommending admission actions, and supervising Associate Directors of Admission. The Director of Undergraduate Admission will be a strategic partner in the development of a comprehensive recruitment plan informed by data best practices. Purview will contain domestic first-year and transfer admission and international admission.

The Dean for the College of Science and Engineering is responsible for providing thoughtful and innovative leadership in the areas of strategic and visionary long-range planning, budgetary management, personnel selection and evaluation, programmatic and curriculum review and development, assessment, development of financial resources including external fundraising and research grants, facilitates the teacher-scholar model and desired student outcomes and represents the college effectively within the University and the larger community, at the local and national level.
