The Project Coordinator is responsible for project coordination and support of strategic Inclusive Excellence programs and initiatives. Responsibilities will also include end-to-end event planning and logistics, vendor relations and some routine administrative tasks.
1. Supports projects related to Inclusive Excellence initiatives and programs for Students, Faculty, Staff and Corporate Partners.
2. Executes end-to-end event planning and logistics for meetings, residency programs and conferences.
3. Proactively builds relationships within Neeley and across campus to effectively manage projects and programs.
4. Facilitates purchasing and vendor relationships.
5. Supports Director in Neeley inclusive excellence communication plan (internal and external).
6. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 - 3 years of project management experience
OR
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6-7 years of project management experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate peak periods.
