The Resource Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the KPICD’s efforts to develop new and revise existing resources needed to ensure fidelity to Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and meet needs of TBRI trainees and practitioners across various service sectors, contexts, and cultures.
1. Assists with the development and coordinates the implementation of resource development project roadmaps and workflows from initiation to dissemination (e.g., revising curricula, updating videos to reflect diverse populations, developing supplementary resources, producing content for asynchronous virtual trainings).
2. Maintains regular communication with student workers, interns, and contractors to delegate tasks, track project process, address issues or concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals (e.g., monitoring contract deliverables).
3. Regularly assesses active resource development projects to ensure effective contribution to the objectives and priorities of resource development at the KPICD.
4. Assists with development and coordinates execution of resource-related guidelines and processes (e.g., KPICD/TBRI guide to formatting, funneling requests for new resources, ensuring fidelity to TBRI, translation process).
5. Ensures adherence to TCU and KPICD brand standards process (e.g., trademarks, stylizing of TBRI terms) as defined by communications coordinators and the Resource Development Manager.
6. Coordinates the review of internally- and externally-developed resources for adherence to brand standards and model fidelity.
7. Assists with maintaining a catalog of KPICD/TBRI resources and ensures appropriate archival and dissemination (e.g., through KPICD website, store, online learning).
8. Gathers information from KPICD teams (education, reseach, outreach) and external partners to assist Resource Development Manager in identification of resource-related needs (e.g., updates and revisions of existing resources, creation of new resources).
9. Contributes to resource development via writing, design and formatting, and production as necessary.
10. Ensures that content is relevant and timely, through ongoing efforts to solicit and incorporate input and feedback from stakeholders (e.g., learning collaboratives and workgroups).
11. Assists with training KPICD staff and consultants in organizational processes and technological tools necessary for production (e.g., Canva, MS Word).
12. Gathers data from the Learning Management System (LMS) to track user engagement, enrollment, and completion rates for online courses and modules and to assist with integration of resource data between the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the LMS.
13. Assists with generating detailed reports and developing data-driven recommendations to optimize course offerings, improve user engagement, and identify opportunities for increased enrollment and revenue.
14. Demonstrates a commitment to understanding and respecting cultural differences, promoting anti-racist values, and cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, social work, education, communication, or related field.
• 2+ years experience implementing TBRI in practice, researching TBRI effectiveness/training/implementation, and/or developing TBRI resources for special contexts or cultures.
• 1+ year experience in project management (e.g., timeline management, project execution)
• Master’s degree in psychology, child development, social work, education, communication, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in project management (e.g., timeline management, project execution)
• 1+ years of experience in content creation (e.g., writing curriculum, graphic design)
• Fingerprint and background check clearance required upon hire.
• TBRI Practitioner.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be insurable under the university motor vehicle requirements.
