Job Summary:

The Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors play a vital role in the success of the hospitality program and Football and Men’s Basketball game days. Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors serve as goodwill ambassadors to ticket holders and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and Athletic Department personnel.

Horned Frogs Hospitality Ambassadors are required to work all home football games. Hours worked will be between 10-30 hours per week depending on the home game schedules and office needs each week

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

1. Performs high-level customer service for all guests, fans, and department staff.
2. Acts as game day ambassadors for the Hospitality office and athletics department.
3. Ensures all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
4. Monitors entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
5. Serves as an elevator attendant and people movement monitor.
6. Performs all pre, during, and post-game duties associated to suites and clubs (i.e., trash removal, facility monitoring, food & beverage needs, etc.)
7. Serves as the main point of contact during games for suite holders and guests.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Skill in verbal communication.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations):

• Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.
• Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.
• Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged standing and sitting.
• Lifting and moving objects and equipment up to 10 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Work is indoors/outdoors and not sedentary and is subject to schedule changes and/or variable work hours.
• Required to work all home football games.
• This role is an on campus, in-person position.
• There are no harmful environmental conditions present for this job.
• The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
